Choose your student's level, then pick the refill package you'd like going forward. Refills are charged at your student's level rate, and the change applies to your next automatic refill. Hours never expire.
Not sure what you're on now? Your current plan details are in your TutorBird portal under Online Resources → Shared Space, and your hour balance is on the Account & Invoices tab (a balance of $8.00 means 8 hours left).
Closing your account cashes out your unused hours at 75% of their purchase value, refunded to your original payment method (per Section 7 of the Tutoring Services Agreement). For your security, we confirm every cancellation and refund with the account holder directly before processing, so this one isn't a form. Copy the message below and send it to us.
