Migrating Customers

Already with us on our older payment links or monthly plans? We've moved to prepaid hours with Automatic Refill: your hours never expire, and they top up automatically when your balance runs low. Your existing hours carry over, nothing is lost. The move takes two steps, in this order. Then set up your refill under Set Up Your Recurring Plan below.

Your hour balance on the Account & Invoices tab (a balance of $8.00 means 8 hours left).
Your upcoming appointments on the Calendar.
Your current plan details under Online Resources → Shared Space.

Scheduling & Cancellations

You and your tutor set your schedule directly, week to week.

24+ hours' notice: reschedule or cancel with your tutor and no hours are deducted.
Under 24 hours or a no-show: the session may be deducted from your balance.
If your tutor cancels: no hours are ever deducted.

Homework between sessions, assigned by your tutor on request, so progress doesn't stop when the session ends.

Weekly tests on request: a standard diagnostic for academic students, a full-length SAT/ACT practice exam for test prep. Optional proctoring at our Northridge office, Sundays at 10 AM.

Office access. Our Northridge office is open to enrolled students during normal business hours. Need a quiet place to study? Drop in, no booking needed.

Monthly parent-tutor conference, on request. Sit down with your student's tutor each month to review progress and goals.

A one-hour meeting with a test-taking expert, on request. A one-time session covering strategy, pacing, and test-day nerves.

Tutor rematch guarantee. If your tutor isn't the right fit, we'll rematch you free, and the first session with your new tutor is on us.

Register for an academic diagnostic or a full-length SAT practice test. Takes about a minute. Maximum of one registration per subject per week.

Two ways to save on your recurring plan.

Sibling Discount

Have two or more students enrolled? Your family gets 10% off every refill, for all siblings, automatically. Just let us know both students are enrolled when you set up your plan.

Referral Discount

Refer another family and you both get $50 off your next refill. The credit applies to the first package the family you referred buys after their intro package, not to the intro package itself.
